• Staff email and user login management
  
  

All services are provided on a project or hourly basis, as agreed in writing or verbally before work begins.

2. Payments and Subscriptions

• All subscription fees, domain name fees, hosting costs, and other third-party charges (e.g., Google Workspace, GoDaddy, Facebook Ads, Shopify) are the full responsibility of the customer.
  
  

• BoostUp Digital will inform you of any such costs before purchase, and you will either pay directly to the provider or reimburse us if payment is made on your behalf.
  
  

• Our service fees are separate and will be agreed upon prior to starting the work.
  
  

3. Third-Party Services

• BoostUp Digital may set up accounts for you on third-party platforms (such as Google, Facebook, GoDaddy, Shopify).
  
  

• We are not responsible for the operation, downtime, changes, or costs of these platforms.
  
  

• Each third-party service is subject to its own terms and conditions, which you are responsible for reviewing and following.
  
  

4. Access & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login details, passwords, and access codes safe.
  
  

• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your accounts.
  
  

5. Limitation of Liability

• BoostUp Digital is not responsible for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our services.
  
  

• We do not guarantee specific business results from digital marketing or online visibility services, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• All text, images, and materials created by BoostUp Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  
  

• Once paid in full, ownership of website content and designs created for you will be transferred to you (excluding any third-party assets with separate licensing).
  
  

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept any changes.
